Like all our lightweight products, the Stringpack is very easy to use, so you only have to worry about the essentials: walking and flying. The use of our ripstop fabric with Dyneema offers a compromise between lightness and durability that we have tested over many years.

NON-REVERSIBLE HARNESS

The Stringpack is not a reversible harness. The back reinforcement and shoulder straps are the same in the flying and walking positions. This technique saves weight and carrying volume and makes the harness easier to use. Positioning the rucksack in flight is also more efficient.

GEOMETRY: ABS WITH WADERS

The Stringpack incorporates the thigh-high geometry developed over 10 years ago with the first generations of String.
This geometry provides excellent stability and steering precision. There's no need to adjust the chest strap, as the geometry adapts easily to the pilot's body shape. This type of geometry allows the harness to be opened at the front. The leg straps close directly into the main carabiner, making it very easy to get into the harness, even with skis or crampons on your feet.

3D SHAPING

The Stringpack is no exception to our 3D shaping rule. Assembling the pieces of fabric gives the structure a shape that provides support and comfort.

VOLUME: 55L/ 40L

The Stringpack has a carrying capacity of 55 litres, suitable for a wide range of paragliders, from mountain gliders to some smaller EN-Bs. Folding into a compression bag is recommended for some larger gliders. In the air, the volume is reduced by 15 litres so that the load does not sink into the lower back. A large front pocket means you can quickly stow a piece of clothing, for example, without having to open the whole bag. The rescue parachute and helmet can be stowed in the top access pocket.
