The Pilot :

The Alta is designed for pilots who want maximum safety and reliability. If you want to do cross-country flying, but you want ease of use and safety as well as the lightness and versatility of a wing you can use every day, then the Alta is for you.

Clearly in the EN A category in terms of passive safety and accessibility, it nevertheless has the performance of a classic EN B. Whether you're taking off from a dune on the coast or an Alpine pass at altitude, whether you're going cross-country or doing a local thermal, the Alta will accompany you with complete peace of mind.

This unique combination of technologies has created a wing that's easy to take off and fly, strong enough to be your only wing and light enough to take with you wherever you go.

Technology

The technologies used for the Alta have been developed to push back the limits on our high-performance projects.

  • Double cross-cut for perfect leading edge surface finish.
  • The position of the air inlets has been optimised for high internal pressure and good rope stability, promoting manoeuvrability and performance.
  • Innovative air inlets eliminate the vibrations often encountered on shorter wings.
  • 3D alignment of internal structure panels for optimum flow.
  • The pronounced arch combined with the winglets provides an optimum alliance for handling, roll stability and spiral stability.
  • New exclusive profile developed from the Moxie for quick and easy inflation and take-off.
  • The line plan has benefited from the research programme carried out on the Red Bull X-Alps sail to ensure minimum drag.
  • Its ability to withstand daily use makes the Alta much more than just a lightweight wing!

Find your paragliding sailaccording to your level and practice. Our partners GIN, SKYWALK, OZONE, ADVANCE, PHITRIPLE SEVEN, SUPAIR, SKY, ... have designed a complete range of paragliders so that you can find the perfect wing to accompany you on all your escapes... Year after year, our paragliders are improved to suit your flying even better. Lighter, easier to handle, faster and easier to inflate, they are subject to European certification and come in 4 main categories depending on the level of piloting required. - Pleasure and safety" A paragliders These are the 'school' sails. They are very forgiving and fun to inflate. You'll be able to practise for hours on a training slope without worrying too much about damaging the very strong leading edge. They're not as fast as B gliders, but you'll be able to build up your approaches with ease and enjoy your first solo flights. In the air, their reassuring stability will allow you to pay more attention to your harness supports and your active piloting. These are healthy, solid gliders that will help beginner pilots through the early stages of their development. The majority of mountain gliders are A-rated, thanks in particular to their speed of inflation on very small surfaces, and allowing you to access more complex aerological conditions with confidence. - Paragliders in B "pleasure and performance":  these are the most versatile. A wide range to suit most paragliders! In this category you'll find gliders with more finesse, aimed at both occasional paragliders and former cross-country pilots. Even if they are not officially under-classified, they will be called B-, B, or B+, depending on their reactivity. Easy B gliders (enB-) allow you to tackle the first transitions with confidence, and will react more quickly than school gliders when pitching, rolling or winging. The vast majority of them are available in lightweight versions, thanks to their thin dyneema risers and light fabric. This considerably reduces storage volume, so they can be slipped into the smallest of rucksacks to suit hike-and-fly paragliding, cross-country flying, or your luggage to accompany your travels! enB+ paragliders are quicker and livelier. Typically cross-country, they are designed for pilots who are already attacking thermals and who have accumulated a good number of flights. The piloting becomes precise and dynamic, the maximum speed high, and you experience real gliding pleasure. Their finesse means you can hang up at the best of your transitions... The gliders are still approved for enB, but it is recommended that you have already completed a pilot training course (SIV) and flown 50 hours a year to be able to use this type of glider. Fans of bivouac flying will also find what they're looking for in this range, as there are lightweight versions too! As you can see, there's bound to be an enB paraglider to suit you... - paragliders inC belong to the cross-country category. Sharpened for long-distance flights, they are more demanding and are aimed at experienced pilots. However, the range is evolving towards greater accessibility. - paragliders inD are exclusively dedicated to very experienced paragliders and competitors. There's no need to talk about it, by the time you get there you already know what you want. Because paragliders are not chosen lightly, ask us for advice and benefit from our experience :) We are a TEST CENTER: you can try these sails on reservation (and within the limit of their availability).

Your first paraglider is often the one you remember for the rest of your life! We looked at it a lot during our inflation exercises, felt it during our first canopy take-offs, listened to it during our first solo flights... it was a real relationship that was built up... but then... It's the end of the introductory course and you're a pedestrian again. The sky is calling you, and so are your paragliding buddies...  It's high time to get your gear and join the flying world! When you're just starting out, you're not sure which paraglider to choose... Don't panic, we're here to help! Our paragliding school is full of new models, which we update regularly. So you can try before you buy, in flight or in inflation, and benefit from the expert advice of our instructors. If you need to, you can also join our school on a training day, for a stress-free trial. Our demo school fleet helps you make your choice, and can also be adapted to your budget if you opt for a second-hand paraglider. By the way, what is a paragliding "School" wing? The beginner's glider, known as a "training glider", is A-rated. Thanks to its forgiving design, it promises easy take-offs, plenty of time in the air to build up your approaches and landings, rock-solid solidity during inflation exercises, and good stability in the air. So they're not the fastest, but they're the safest way to progress in stages. Thanks to constant improvements by our suppliers, they're even more fun and gliding! You won't be getting rid of them any time soon :)
