Paraglider Rush 6 :: OZONE
4183,00 € – 4326,00 €
The Rush 6 is the glider with the best glide and cross country performance in its class. During its development, we did extensive comparisons in which the Rush 6 showed a significant performance advantage over all the wings we compared it to. Like the Delta 4 from which it is directly derived, the Rush 6 has all the performance enhancing technologies found in the Enzo and Zeno.

Design
The Rush 6 is an extension of the Delta 4 and is similar in every respect. The aspect ratio remains deliberately moderate to keep the ease of use, the pleasure in flight and the passive safety of the previous Rush. The performance gains have been achieved by working on the line plan, which is now 3/2 lines, new 3D cutting patterns for the leading edge and an optimisation of the trailing edge mini-ribs, which finally results in a significant reduction of parasitic drag and therefore more performance throughout the speed range.Technology
The strength of the wing in accelerated flight has been further enhanced by adopting a new profile and optimising the internal structure, not forgetting the "ACR" risers which allow active control without weakening the profile. The Rush 6's structure, the strongest we have developed, maintains the integrity of the profile even in turbulent air, avoiding the loss of performance associated with deformation along the chord.
The new Active Control Risers (ACR), inherited from the Delta 4, allow you to control the angle of attack without changing the camber of the profile. By acting on both the B's and C's, the ACR allows the wing to be controlled like a 2-line while maintaining the comfort of a 3-line architecture.In the air
In flight, a little more top speed and a more dynamic feel give the impression that the Rush has been turbocharged, it is closer to the Delta in terms of feel. The pressure in the controls evolves linearly - precise in the first part and authoritative in the second. The structure maintains the perfect cohesion of the wing on the span and the chord, a plus for the performance in ascending.The pilot
Although the Rush 6 is EN B certified, it is not suitable for beginners. It is aimed at experienced intermediate pilots and cross country enthusiasts who fly at least 50 hours a year.

The B are the most versatile. A wide range to suit most paragliders! In this category you'll find gliders with more finesse, aimed at both occasional paragliders and experienced cross-country flyers. Even if they are not officially under-classified, they will be called B-, B, or B+, depending on their reactivity.
- Leasy B paragliders (enB-)They allow you to tackle the first transitions with confidence, and will react more quickly than school sails during pitch, roll and wing manoeuvres.
- Paragliders in B are available as soon as you have your pilot's licence. The pleasure of gliding is now just a wing's length away :) They help you get a better feel for thermals, and tighten your core so you can fly efficiently from thermal to thermal. Most of them are available in a light version, with thin dyneema risers and lightweight fabric. This considerably reduces storage volume, so they can be slipped into the smallest of rucksacks to suit hike-and-fly paragliding, cross-country flying, or your luggage to accompany your travels!
- enB+ paragliders are even faster and livelier. Typically cross-country, they are designed for pilots who are already attacking thermals and who have accumulated a good number of flights. The piloting becomes precise and dynamic, the maximum speed high, and you experience a real pleasure of gliding. Their finesse means you can hang up at the best of your transitions... Still enB approved, it is however recommended that you have already completed a pilot training course (SIV) and have compiled 50 hours of flying time per year to be able to use this type of glider. Fans of bivouac flying will also find what they're looking for in this range, as lightweight versions are also available!
