HIGH PERFORMANCE AIRBAG PROTECTION

The Wanì light 2 airbag has been significantly improved to offer an even higher level of safety.

Thanks to the use of Nitinol (a very strong and non-deformable metal wire) inserted in the lower edge of the airbag, Woody Valley was able to obtain 60% of the protective capacity before its complete inflation, which takes place in flight.

When fully inflated, it is fully comparable to spring-loaded airbag harnesses.

The inflation valve has also been improved to ensure that air can flow into the airbag regardless of the position of the legs. The slim valve shape improves the aesthetics of the airbag.

INNOVATIVE SECURITY SYSTEM

The rescue container under the seat is designed for a maximum volume of 5 litres suitable for most rescue parachutes.

The rescue compartment has been redesigned to reduce its thickness and to facilitate the storage of the glider in the harness rucksack.

The Wanì light 2 has its own POD attached to the emergency handle.
