Here you will find all the accessories and small complementary equipment indispensable paragliding.

Cockpits, carabiners, helmets, risers, footbraces, accelerators, windsocks, thermal gloves, topo guides, relief maps... We've tried to think of everything you need!!!

Harness accessories :

The harness is often pre-accessorised when you buy it, but depending on the manufacturer certain elements are optional, which also allows you to equip it to your taste 🙂

- The foot brace: this is often a great help when pulling yourself up into your harness. It's also very comfortable in the air!

- The accelerator: with 2 or 3 bars, it can be a precious ally in reaching the landing zone when the wind picks up.

- Instrument holder: that's it, you're getting equipped and you don't know where to put your toys! Fortunately, the cockpit, the paraglider's 'banana', means you can keep all your instruments in sight and store them away at the end of the flight. There are several types of cockpit to choose from, from the lightest to the most elaborate. If all you have at the moment is a radio, a radio holder is all you need. It usually attaches to a strap on your harness.

- Ventral container: for hiking harnesses such as leg harnesses, the para ventral pocket is often necessary to hold your rescue. It's easy to attach to the main carabiners. With the handle under your nose for the whole flight, it's hard to miss in the event of a mishap! Practical, it acts as a cockpit and you can attach your flight instruments to it with Velcro. Most risers are included in the pack. When you make your purchase, we'll install your rescue together, so that you can familiarise yourself with the handling of the rescue installation.

Hardware :

Your harness will be delivered with suitable carabiners, but we recommend changing them every 5 years. The width of their base is adapted to that of your straps, which is why you'll find a multitude of carabiners of various sizes and shapes in this section. To be effective, the pull must be exerted vertically; if your carabiner gets in the way: beware! This means that it is not suitable, and this inadequate force will weaken it. Don't hesitate to contact us if you have any doubts, as we know our products inside out :). Light harnesses can do without metal and use connectors, small dyneema straps that are much lighter and surprisingly stronger than steel! There's only the psychological barrier to overcome...

Helmets :

After sweating it out on the school slope, it's easy to see why helmets are often the first investment you make in paragliding! Lightweight, it should make you forget you're wearing it. Don't hesitate to try out several brands, as they come in a variety of shapes and will adapt differently to the contour of your head. Most of them have a knob at the back to adjust perfectly. They must be approved for paragliding (EN966), and some are even approved for skiing!

Technically designed, the T-shirts are breathable, the jackets have elastane to support your piloting, and the gloves are reinforced with leather where the rubbing of the lines would already have ruined your ski gloves. We've also got the famous Nepalese feather sleeves, the ultimate weapon against the mitre on cross-country flights in the off-season!
