This is our core business... Our EFV approved paragliding schoolL was one of the first to be set up in the Annecy basin. Since 1985, The instructors have changed, but the spirit remains the same. Mountain lovers and lovers of the great outdoors, welcome!
Places go fairly quickly, especially at certain times of the year (holidays, bank holidays, summer, etc.). Try to book in advance to get the dates you want.

Ideally located opposite the PlanfaitWe'll be with you every step of the way. Our aim is to provide high-quality teaching so that everyone can become an independent paraglider pilot. so you can have fun in the air! We offer paragliding in Annecy for all levels: from Initiation course for your very first solo flight, at Cross training course to go on an adventure and flirt with thermals, our teaching will be adapted to each individual. Everyone, with their own skills and experience, is looking to progress. With our paragliding courses, you'll be able to improve your theoretical and practical knowledge and your performance, while enjoying yourself in complete safety.
I did an introductory paragliding course (5 days) at the end of July/beginning of August. Great team, very educational, and the safety was top notch! I recommend 🙂

I did a 5-day introductory course with 4 flights despite complicated weather conditions. The support was very good, and the instructors were very involved in the practical and theoretical teaching. A big thank you to the whole Grands Espaces team, you're top notch!
This introductory course was a springboard for my motivation to take up this sport, thanks to my 2 instructors, who were patient and paid a lot of attention to each member of the group. The welcome was warm and pleasant, with a very good general atmosphere.we also learned a lot: a technical but affordable and essential theory on a range of subjects (mechanics, legislation, equipment, meteorology...) which opened our minds a little more to the world of paragliding. This theory is fun, with the group actively participating, and is well rephrased when we don't understand a point, which really helps us to understand and assimilate everything at the end of the day or the week. Despite the weather, the commitment of Cédric and Ahcène enabled us to balance practice and inflation on the school slope, and lessons in the warmth of the classroom.As for the premises and equipment, I have nothing to complain about, everything is perfect, clean and efficient, with even a coffee machine! Finally, you can't talk about Grands Espaces without mentioning the setting: magnificent scenery around Lake Annecy, close to the Planfait and La Forclaz take-off points, the perfect place to learn paragliding.I had an unforgettable week, thanks to Cédric and Ahcène (top instructors) and I look forward to coming back! 😉
Super flight with Mika on Saturday 24 June, crazy sensations and Mika is really on top... very good welcome from the whole team and again a HUGE THANK YOU to Mika for this first flight which will remain forever engraved in my memory and in photos/videos... Looking forward to coming back soon. What a blast!!!
This cross-country course at Grands Espaces made me want to fly again, because I really enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and the opportunity to make my own flight. I discovered group flying and the region in complete safety. Thank you to the whole team.
